Using Root Cause Healing for Pregnancy and Labour FearsOur “From Woman To Mother” specialism offers holistic childbirth education, emotional support, fear and pain coping techniques and other services to help you during pre-conception, labour and childbirth.
For deep emotional work in this area, to include birth trauma and specific fears, our flagship therapy, “Root Cause Healing”, supports all stages of childbirth, each coming with its challenges and issues.
Towards Birth…
During the pre-natal period, similar fears can occur but also others, especially as the birth approaches. During this time, Root Cause Healing offers ongoing support to release the fears as they arise. A particularly powerful method is to play out the birth, dealing with the issues that arise in this “rehearsal”. This would significantly reduce the likelihood of those same issues arising in the actual birth. If a baby is “Overdue”, there are usually good reason. Examples could be not wanting the baby to come out from its protection into a “hard” world, or not wanting to let go of control.
Post-Natal - Caring for Your Child
Root Cause Healing can assist in the process of bringing up your new baby. Many challenges can arise. We can be there to gently and effectively help you through them, and ultimately to help you learn from the challenge and move beyond it to a new stage of your own development.
