Birth Affinity Birth preparation classes are tailored to your individual needs dependant on your wishes and personal circumstances. I can provide just one topic, Breastfeeding for example, or provide a comprehensive preparation package including topics such as optimal fetal positioning, waterbirth, managing the birth environment, active birth, perineal massage and other techniques to help you have a good experience of pregnancy and birth.

The classes are ideal for all pregnant women, as I create each programme according to your needs. So whether you are carrying twins, planning a homebirth or VBAC, or want to find out more about breech births I can make a programme relevant and beneficial just for you!

Classes are held at times and places that are convenient for both you and your birth partner to attend, so you can both feel confident, relaxed and fully prepared to welcome your new baby into your family.
