Guided Self-Healing...
Guided Self-Healing (GSH) is a form of holistic therapy that works on the mental, emotional and physical levels. By using Psycho-kinesiology, you are guided by your inner wisdom into whatever is preventing you from living the life of your dreams.
GSH recognizes that most of our present difficulties have roots in traumas from our past. It helps find the root cause of the trauma, unlock the blocked energy, then dissolve and release the difficulty.
GSH is different from many other energy psychologies in its emphasis on core understanding and transformation in contrast to simply doing interventions for symptom relief.
In contrast to many of the new energy therapies, GSH is a full framework that includes a deep understanding of developmental structure, a multi-dimensional diagnostic system and a virtually unlimited set of practices and interventions to facilitate change and growth. While other systems have some of these components, no system has all three in quite the same way.
Our home-grown "Root Cause Healing" is derived directly from GSH, offering all GSH has to offer plus many enhancements. GSH is separately described here simply as this is a well-known form of therapy.
