Intuitive bodywork is based on physical bodywork, but where a session is guided at the level of body energy. It is the art of listening, attending and following the body through the course of the session.

With its foundations in Jungian psychology, Intuitive Bodywork sees the body as our most immediate expression of the unconscious. This expression influences the bodywork treatment and the power of the therapeutic dynamic. It is a step beyond massage, as a biomechanical exercise into the realm of image, emotions and soulmaking. Bodies talk and the facilitator is trained to listen.

The session involves a combination of hands on the body (adapted from training in Polarity Therapy, acupressure, athletic therapy) and hands off the body (adapted from training in spiritual healing and shamanic healing).
