Transformative Psychotherapy...
psy·cho·ther·a·py n.
The treatment of mental and emotional disorders through the use of psychological techniques designed to encourage communication of conflicts and insight into problems, with the goal being relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social and vocational functioning, and personality growth.
Psychotherapy is a psychotherapeutic method that, as well from drawing upon many of the traditional techniques used in psychotherapy,
it fully integrates modern leading-edge methods with the result that significant therapeutic benefit occurs considerably more quickly.
Many aware psychotherapists are now using EFT or EMDR to speed up the progress of their clients. Transformative Psychotherapy takes things further, utilising other effective yet immensely gentle techniques to resolve issues at the root cause.
These modern techniques mean the end of guess work, and enables painful memories, whether mild or strong, to be released easily and permanently
Many methods of working may be used in a session. Examples are NLP, EFT, Psycho-kinesiology, Future Pacing, Energy Medicine, Gestalt approaches and behavioural empowerment are common, as well as identifying where individuals are holding patterns for wider archetypes (such as "all women", or "all alcoholics").
The goal of Transformative Psychotherapy is to resolve the causes of the unwanted emotional - and potentially physical - symptoms, and to do this in as short a time period as possible. Fortunately the integration of other modalities means success is typically very high.
