Fertility & Preconception workshops help to prepare the woman or couple to embrace the rite of passage into parenthood. The participants are encouraged to explore what falling pregnant and becoming a parent means to them from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspective. These workshops can be tailored to the need of the individual (woman or couple) or group.
