A unique opportunity to work with combining the skills of Tamara Donn (childbirth educator) and EFT specialist, Peter Donn, on releasing fears in pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a highly effective tool for releasing emotional charge and belief systems. Despite its extreme simplicity it can cause unpleasant feelings and emotions to vanish. Once learnt, as you will do in the workshop, you can use this as an invaluable aid throughout pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. The system is an emotional form of acupuncture except that we don't use needles.

What is EFT?

 

You will learn a powerful tool that you can use yourself whenever you feel the need. It can even be used during labour with a partner doing it for or with you.

During the workshop, you will get the opportunity to release current worries and concerns regarding pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. EFT often works where nothing else will. If the issue is particularly deep or stubborn, there will be an opportunity to discuss with Peter how you can move forward.
